Copyright of the images on the front of the cards remains the property of DH & LJ Smith, the company that owns Cards to Match. The images can not be reproduced or displayed online without the written consent of Dale Smith.

By placing an order with Cards to Match the Customer grants Cards to Match the license to reproduce any uploaded artwork for the express purpose of fulfilling the order. By uploading the artwork the Customer claims ownership of the copyright of the artwork, or a license to use it for such a purpose.

Prices

Prices quoted are GST free, and freight is quoted separately. We reserve the right to change our product specifications and prices at any time.

Payment

Payment must be made prior to production or dispatch of your order via Visa-card or MasterCard.

Delivery/Shipping

All parcels are sent from our premises in Tea Tree Gully, Adelaide, South Australia, via Australia Post's Express Post Service. Allow 2-4 weeks for production of your order, and 1-2 working days for delivery. The average cost of freight varies from $20-$50 depending on the volume and weight of your order. We currently only ship within Australia.

Claims for goods damaged in transit

Each order is carefully inspected and packaged prior to dispatch. If goods have been damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and notify both us promptly. Upon notification we will organize for the goods to be collected and returned to us for an assessment. We will re-supply any goods damaged in transit as soon as possible.

Returns

As the majority of our products are custom made to order, they cannot generally be accepted for return. Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement with Cards to Match and are subject to a handling fee. The return freight remains the Customer's responsibility.

Guarantee

Cards to Match will replace any product if defective in materials or workmanship, for a period of three months from date of manufacture. This does not apply to damage caused by normal wear, misuse or accidental damage. Please report all manufacturing errors within 7 days of receiving your goods. Cards to Match shall not be liable for damages to materials placed into, affixed to or stored within its products or other incidental or consequential damage.

Right to refuse supply

Cards to Match is a wholesaler and reserves the right to refuse to supply customers who are not deemed to be retail businesses.
